Affiliate disclosure & privacy
Last updated: October 18, 2026
The short version
- Some links on LiquidAir are affiliate or referral links. If you book a flight, buy a jet card or join a program through one, we may earn a commission or referral fee.
- That never changes the price you pay.
- Partners cannot pay for a better review or a place in our guides.
- We are not an air carrier or charter broker. Flights are operated by independent carriers certificated under FAA Part 135 or the foreign equivalent.
How LiquidAir makes money
LiquidAir is free to use. We are paid in two ways, both by partners and never by you:
- Affiliate commissions. When you click a partner link and complete a booking, a jet card purchase or a membership, the partner may pay us a commission. The amount usually depends on the value of what you buy.
- Referral fees. If you send us an inquiry and ask us to connect you with a partner, that partner may pay us a referral or introduction fee if you go on to book.
These payments come out of the partner’s own revenue. You pay the same price you would pay by going to the partner directly. We do not add a markup.
How to recognize partner content
- Pages with partner links carry a short disclosure near the top, and every partner block has a disclosure beside it.
- Partner sections are labeled (for example, “Book live empty legs with our partners” or “Compare jet card programs”).
- Outbound partner links are marked
rel="sponsored"in our code and open in a new tab. - Until a partnership is in place, partner buttons lead to our own inquiry form rather than to a third party.
We follow the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s guidance that material connections with brands should be disclosed clearly and close to the recommendation.
Editorial independence
- Our educational content, including the jet card guide and empty leg explainers, is written to be useful whether or not you ever use a partner.
- Commission rates do not decide which options we explain, how we compare them, or the questions we suggest you ask.
- We will point out when charter, an empty leg or doing nothing at all is likely the better choice, even when that earns us nothing.
- Prices on LiquidAir, including the typical empty leg deals, are estimates for orientation. They are not offers. Final availability and price are always confirmed by the operating carrier.
We are not an air carrier or broker
LiquidAir is an independent information and referral service. We do not own, operate or charter aircraft. We are not a direct or indirect air carrier or an air charter broker, and we do not sell air transportation or accept payment for flights.
Flights booked through our partners are operated by independent air carriers certificated under FAA Part 135 (or the equivalent authority outside the U.S.). Those carriers keep full operational control and responsibility for your flight. Any booking is a contract between you and the partner and/or operator, under their terms.
Privacy
What we collect
- Information you send us through the inquiry form: name, email, phone, trip details and your message.
- Basic technical data needed to run and protect the site: server logs, plus the IP address and browser type attached to form submissions for spam prevention.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and suggest suitable options.
- To share your trip details with a relevant partner, only with your consent.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party links and cookies
When you follow a partner link, the partner may use cookies or similar technology to record that you came from LiquidAir so the referral can be credited. Partner websites have their own privacy policies, which apply once you leave LiquidAir.
